Made to order

Many Mud-Ville products are made especially for you after you place your order. Production time is separate from carrier transit time, and timing varies by item and destination. Please review the product description before ordering. If you need an item for a specific date, email us before placing your order so we can check the available information.

Shipping rates and destinations

Available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout for your items and delivery address. Some products have free shipping; this does not mean every item or combination of items ships free. Shipping availability can vary by product and destination.

Multiple items and tracking

Items may be fulfilled by different production partners and may arrive in separate packages at different times. Shipping charges can reflect more than one shipment. Tracking information will be provided when available after shipment.

Delivery estimates

Any delivery estimate is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Production availability, carrier delays, customs processing, and peak-season demand can affect delivery. Choosing a faster shipping method does not necessarily shorten production time.

Address changes and delivery problems

Please check your shipping address before completing checkout. Contact us promptly if you notice an error or need a change; changes may not be possible once production or shipping has begun. If your package is delayed, missing, damaged, or contains the wrong item, email mudvilleoutofdoors@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. Please contact us before mailing an item back. We will review the order and help determine the appropriate next step.
